About Motion Synergy Physical Therapy
Mark Shropshire is a licensed physical therapist and a board certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist (CCTT) and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He was awarded a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1985 and has been practicing in the Fox Valley ever since. Mark has completed the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Manual Therapy course series. His post graduate training in TMJ management includes study at the Rocabado Institute and the TMD mini residency program at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He is a long standing member of the Performing Art Special Interest Group of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. He also maintains a membership in the American Academy of Orofacial Pain (AAOP), the National Headache Foundation and the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). He has completed the course requirements of Myopain Seminars and the Physical Therapy Board of Craniofacial & Cervical Therapeutics (PTBCCT) and is certified in dry needling of the cervical, shoulder girdle and craniofacial regions.
